Chief of Police in Highland Park, NJ. 28 year veteran with eight years experience as a Juvenile Detective and seven years as a D.A.R.E. Officer. An experienced elected member of the Highland Park Board of Education. Former member of the Highland Park Municipal Alliance for Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Advisor to HPHS SADD Chapter. Advisor to the Highland Park Juvenile Conference Committee. Police Academy Instructor of Juvenile Justice. Thirty year member of the Highland Park Volunteer Fire Department having held every line office up to and including the Chief of the Department. Familiar with, and practiced in, the Juvenile Fire setter program. Very proud father to an adult step daughter Jessica, two adopted children Alana (14) and Josh (9), and a biological child Liam (1 ½)
